Propane dehydrogenation units of moving bed process
Description
PST series propane dehydrogenation catalyst is designed to produce propylene and isobutene
from propane and iso-butane based on the reaction of catalytic dehydrogenation in moving bed
process.
It can be used in UOP Oleflex propane/iso-butane dehydrogenation and similar processes, either
as supplement or whole replacement for the existing catalysts.
It exhibits high conversion rate, high propylene yield and low consumption of raw material.
The carbon deposition rate is reduced by more than 50%. The catalyst has high strength and
excellent wear resistance. The strength decrease is only 2-3N per year, so the amount of
fine that is harmful to the device is greatly reduced, which is less than 0.01% of the catalyst
circulating amount. The catalyst has good chlorine retention capability and good Pt dispersion
ability, and the amount of chlorine injected is only 0.1% of the circulating amount of catalyst.
The catalyst has good performance after regeneration as well.
